My husband and I want to take this opportunity to give an enthusiastic recommendation to Steve for the outstanding job he did for us at our Wedding Anniversary Party celebration, held on Sunday, June 24th, from 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn, Boxborough Woods.

We had scheduled our event approximately a year in advance, and we had many meetings and emails with Steve about it. During our meetings with him, we were pleased with his friendly attitude and willingness to help. After each meeting, we remarked to each other that we were glad that Steve was in charge of our event.

Some of Steve’s excellent customer service is as follows. He helped us to choose the Orchid package for our event, and then customized it for our needs. Steve was invaluable assisting us with the cake, the florist, disposable cameras, the DJ, the open bar, etc. It was Steve’s suggestion that we serve mimosas from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., and then have an open bar from 12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m., as well as suggesting that we purchase a Wedding Guest Book, something we hadn’t even thought about.

At the event, Steve was on hand for assistance, proving to be a comforting presence in an exciting, yet flustered day. Since we were missing an additional bouquet from the florist (for the memorial picture and candle for Moe’s diseased parents), Steve (and Lola) were able to use several floral centerpieces instead. Steve helped us with the microphone and the glasses of champagne as we gave our vows, and then toasted each other.

My husband and I had looked forward to our Wedding Anniversary Party for a year. We were confident that it would go superbly with Steve’s excellent help with event management, and so it did. We respectfully suggest a significant raise for his outstanding efforts.
